Succulents

Succulents and Euphorbias are water retaining plants. These particular types of plants such as cactus and agave retain water in their leaves, stems and roots. They are known for their swollen, fleshy, and sometimes waxy appearance and can survive in very dry climates which is why these plants are great for xeriscaping. There are over 300 different types of succulents. Euphorbias are flowering plants which usually produce a white toxic sap.
